Matthew 6

As I was spending a little time in the Word this morning these verses stood out to me!

And if God cares so wonderfully for the wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, He will certainly care for you.  Why do you have so little faith?  "So don't worry about these things, saying, 'What will we eat?  What will we drink? What will we wear?'  These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.  Seek the Kingdom of God above ALL ELSE, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.  So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.  Today's trouble is enough for today."  -Jesus

I'm so thankful to serve a God who knows my needs better than I know them myself.  His faithfulness amazes me!  May we never let our worries dominate our thoughts.  As followers of Christ we must remember that He will give us everything we need, and often times so much more.  We just often get confused by what we think we truly need and the extra blessings that He has poured out on us.

You give and take away; yet my heart will choose to say Lord blessed be your name!
